swimming sports

On Wednesday the 20 February the year 3 to 6 students from good shepherd school went to west wave swim pool to do our swimming sports. We had two groups the competitive and non competitive I was in non competitive. I was in non competitive. I came fourth in water walking and dolphin dive and then third in free style. This was my most successful swimming sports yet.

My pepeha

This term we are doing our pepeha. A pepeha is is a way of introducing yourself in Māori. It tells a story of the places and people you are connected to. This is my pepeha.

year 6 camp

On Monday the 28 of January the year 6's from good shepherd went to M.E.R.C. Which abbreviates for marine education and reserve center for one whole week. Some activities we did were abseiling, climbing, paddle boarding, stack em, archery and sailing. it was so fun I wish we could go back there again.

week 1.5

This week we were so busy! Some stuff we have done this week is....


On Tuesday we celebrated lunar new year. Its now the year of the pig.




We also made dragon masks. Wednesday was Waitangi Day day so we got the day off school. And on Friday we had the leadership assembly. I got the head librarian role.
